Momentum of Mediocrity
Sweeping in a desert
because solace is in solitude.
Latent aggression I restrain.
Oblivious recollection I suppress.
Yes, I'll stand here and sulk,
and never show life any attitude.
Because everything I do is just a diversion
from the fact of my inevitable death.
So yes, I'll stand here and sulk,
and wait for girls in horizontal stripes,
all dressed in candy red and white.
